Administration phones are manned from 7 AM until 4 PM weekdays. Voicemail is available at other hours.

Operations personnel are at the plant throughout the day and night, but operators may be away from the phones for plant walk-throughs or collection system calls. Please try 815-758-3513 again, or call the night operator's cellphone at 815 762-1933.


If your call is urgent and you cannot reach us at the numbers listed above, please call the City of DeKalb Police Department dispatcher at 815 748-8400 for help in contacting us. They have a list of contact telephone numbers for our administrators and personnel.

In Person

Visit us at 1301 Sycamore Rd, DeKalb, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays. Check in with the receptionist in the Administrative building before attempting to visit the treatment plant. If you are interested in taking a tour, you must schedule one in advance.
